Fellowmind's new office carries a story of culture, sustainability and community. dsgn Interior has created the environment where recycled equipment and Scandinavian furniture have been given new life. Inspired by the colors of the roof ridges, the office has become a place where staff find pride in returning.
Fellowmind's new office is an example of how a workplace can be more than a functional environment. It is a physical manifestation of corporate culture and identity. dsgn Interior has worked closely with Vasakronan and their architect Yellon, as well as Workpoint as project manager, to create a work environment that strengthens the brand while meeting future demands for sustainability, flexibility and well-being.
A consistent theme throughout the project has been thoughtful use of resources. Many of the office’s fixtures have been reupholstered or given entirely new contexts, allowing existing products to gain new life while creating a warm character and reducing the overall climate footprint. This foundation has been complemented by carefully selected furniture from primarily Swedish, but also Danish, manufacturers. Local actors known for quality, timeless design and a strong sense of responsibility.
The design is inspired by the roof ridges visible outside the windows. The colour palette and material choices anchor the office in its surroundings and give the spaces an expression that is both distinctive and long-term sustainable. The warm aesthetic is combined with a variety of environments, including quiet focus rooms, open project zones and social meeting places. Greenery, daylight and acoustic solutions contribute to well-being and a calm atmosphere.
The office functions as an attractive gathering point that encourages employees to return after a period of hybrid work. Here, colleagues meet to collaborate, gain energy and feel pride in their workplace. It is an environment that inspires, brings people together and drives creativity forward.
Fellowmind’s trust in the process and commitment to the project were essential to the final result. Together, we have created a workplace that combines thoughtfulness with aesthetics and function with emotion. With images captured by Marcus Lawett, it becomes clear that this is not just an office. It is a living story of culture, community and the future.
