BBA’s office is a place where attentiveness and presence set the tone. A work environment that does not seek attention, but gradually reveals itself through light, proportion, and materials brought together in a quiet, cohesive whole. Here, structure and softness meet in a space that feels both deliberate and effortless.
When bba prepared for their move, it was about more than changing address. They were not simply looking for new square metres, but for a place to gather again and continue growing together. A setting that could reflect both who they are today and where they are heading.
The choice fell on Trikåfabriken in Malmö. A building where the industrial history is clearly present in materials, light and volume. Raw surfaces meet generous spatial connections and daylight that shifts throughout the day. Here, the architecture was allowed to set the tone and become an active part of the design.
The brief was to create a workplace that signals a fresh start and renewed energy, while resting on a long term and sustainable foundation. We worked consistently with reuse. Almost all furniture was sourced second hand and carefully selected to resonate with the character of the space. Reuse was not an addition, but a core idea shaping the project as a whole.
The flexible layout allows the rooms to evolve over time and support different ways of working. The result is an environment that respects the building’s history while giving bba the space to grow into their new everyday life.
