Tarsier

The design of Tarsier is rooted in the ambition to create an office that clearly reflects the organisation’s identity through space, atmosphere and function. Structure and mood are carefully balanced, allowing each room to contribute to a coherent narrative that supports both the character of the place and the way people work within it.

The layout is based on a clear spatial logic where open and more secluded environments alternate naturally throughout the office. Work areas, meeting rooms and shared zones are connected through a continuous flow that creates variation and clarity without losing a sense of cohesion. Each space has its own character, yet remains connected through recurring proportions, sightlines and material choices.

Materiality and colour play a central role in expressing Tarsier’s identity. A restrained yet expressive palette is combined with tactile materials such as wood, textiles and muted surfaces. Daylight is filtered through soft curtains, creating a balanced and calm light that changes throughout the day and reinforces a sense of presence and atmosphere in the spaces.

The shared areas are designed as social anchors where work, meetings and breaks can coexist. Café-like settings, long tables and informal seating encourage spontaneous interaction and strengthen a sense of community. Through careful attention to detail, lighting and furnishings, the office becomes a place with a strong identity and human scale, where function and aesthetics come together in a personal and long-term work environment.
